This course is aimed at Education Link Workers in Secure
Training Centres and aims to support the development of effective
practice. There are 5 training days focusing on:
- Engagement
- Working effectively with other agencies
- Effective networking, brokerage, advocacy and liaison
- Working with young people for change
- Supporting transitions and decision making
