behaviour

- Improved staff recruitment and retention
levels
- Narrowing of the achievement gap throughout
integration of the 14-19 agenda
- Improvement in leadership potential and

Impact
Since the pilot year in 2005/2006 the
programme has shown that 100% of the participating schools
reported associated benefits arising from their work with
Consultant Leaders, with most schools choosing to work on more than
one area. The programme is reported to have been associated
with a number of improvements including several institutions
which have received improved Ofsted inspection reports, and one of
these schools coming out of special measures.
