Coaching Programme
CfBT Education Trust in partnership with NCSL and the London
Challenge are pleased to invite senior and middle managers of
London secondary schools to fully funded, leading-edge training in
coaching skills.
Hi-Impact Coaching
These interactive days will cover a range of tools and
techniques and expand your understanding of the psychology of
coaching and latest practice from education and industry. Training
will be active throughout and you will leave with the skills to
immediately apply a large number of highly effective
approaches. You will be shown how to make effective use of
key tools from applied psychology, NLP and personal
development.
Two levels of training are offered for both senior and
middle managers and you can choose whether to attend a single
Level 1 course or a two-day package covering Levels 1 and 2.
- Level 1 programmes will introduce you to high
impact strategies that can be incorporated into existing coaching
knowledge, or are just as effective when learnt on their own
- Level 2 programmes will deepen your
understnading and provide you with a more comprehensive portfolio
of strategies

Your place on this training is funded by the London Leadership
Strategy. Therefore there will be no cost to yourself, or
your school. You will, however, need to budget for your
travel expenses should you attend.
