Queen's Park School, a special school for pupils with profound
and multiple learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder and
severe learning difficulties, recently started using Stratis
e-Suite to support school self-evaluation and is already reaping
the benefits of the new online system.
Headteacher Allan Lacey said, “There are various things that I
really like about the Stratis package and one of them, perhaps the
main one, is that it is online, so I can access the package
whenever
I want and wherever I want.”
Apart from the school self-evaluation, the school management
team also benefit from other features of the system.
“Ofsted inspection – well there is no more worrying about where
File A or File B is anymore. It’s all online, which you can
immediately show an Ofsted Inspector. You can update that on a
regular basis and you can constantly work on that evidence base,
which is a really important aspect of this programme. It’s not on
your own laptop, it’s on the web.”
