Building Schools for the Future

Our services in the development and delivery of the Building Schools for the Future programme include:

Project management of PFI, BSF or individual school build programmes and asset management reviews of school provision.
Stakeholder consultation programmes with pupils, school communities, families or carers and all who will have an interest in the development of the school.
Pre-and post-education visioning work with schools, staff, pupils and communities.
Review of inclusion policy and practice at school, service or local authority level.
Leadership development programmes to support the development of teaching and learning within a programme of transformation.
Establishment and management of Extended Schools programmes.
Specialist training and consultancy to support the delivery of the five outcomes of the Every Child Matters framework.
Joint policy establishment and service delivery with education, social services and health.
Supporting Local Education Partnerships (LEP) in translating education vision into an effective estate strategy that reflects local circumstances, needs and demands.
Assisting self-evaluation and improvement planning at both school and local authority level.
Creating business services based on centres of expertise.
Developing learning and teaching strategies for the future generations of learners who will benefit from the BSF programme.
Developing the partnership management of BSF services through LEPs including supporting local authorities in accurate, timely reporting of information to PfS as required.
