Infrastructure Modernisation

Singapore

CfBT has recently opened an EFL Tuition Centre in Singapore, initially aimed at providing native-speaker English language tuition to schoolchildren. Eventually, it is intended that, in addition to language courses, a variety of management courses will be offered.

Somalia

CfBT is working with DANIDA and UNICEF to improve the capacity for delivery of education and to improve participation in education at primary and secondary education levels.

Africa

CfBT launched a portfolio of school improvement services initially targeting private schools. The World Bank’s International Finance Corporation has recognised the importance of this initiative and is supporting it by investing in workshops for 200 low and middle-income schools.

South Africa

We continue to develop our presence by embarking on a programme to design and implement safe and caring child-friendly school programmes and to assist the government with the provision of an Investment Plan 2011-15.

India

CfBT assists the government in building the capacity of educational institutions and improving the quality of education. Underpinning our work is the Whole School Improvement Programme and a suite of training packages for managers, teachers, students and parents.

St Vincent and the Grenadines

CfBT advises the government on improving the infrastructure at the Community College and on ICT integration in the school curriculum.
