Transforming Leadership/Taking the Lead

Schools rarely succeed without effective leadership and management.  The Lincolnshire School Improvement Service is committed to providing a range of practical support to individual schools, networks of schools and through more generic training programmes. This includes programmes such as The Future School Leaders for potential new headteachers, the Fast Track Programme, initiatives aimed at more established leaders as well as those seeking to step on the first rung of leadership and management.  In addition we see the role of governing bodies absolutely crucial to the success of schools.
