'Learning Centres for Lincolnshire' consists of three centres
focused on providing innovative and enjoyable learning experiences
for the young persons of Lincolnshire.

Freiston Centre for Environmental
Education provides a wide range of residential courses for
pupils aged between 7 and 18. It is ideally located to allow
residents and visitors to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire
Wolds, the internationally renowned coastline and the market
town of Boston. During 2009, the Centre will be developing closer
links with local schools and rolling out a programme of support for
all schools in Lincolnshire.
Onside@BostonUnited and OnTarget@LincolnCity are study
support centres which have developed strong relationships with
their respective clubs to deliver high quality support in literacy,
numeracy and ICT. Both centres are part of the national Playing for Success
programme and are managed on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council
by the Lincolnshire School Improvement Service.
