USE of DATA in schools. Assessment is at the
core of all we do as teaching professionals. In its most personal
sense, assessment defines the relationship between teacher and
learner that enables effective progress to be made in a child’s
learning. In its widest sense assessment may involve whole school
tracking using management information systems.
