NEWSFLASH
Product Design Circus
|
The Product
Design Circus was held at Lincoln University on 9th July
2010 to help raise the profile of Lincolnshire design. The standard
of presentation and design was outstanding with input from Kesteven
and Sleaford High with their creative designer clocks, Peel
Community College with their soft furnishings, as well as other
innovative designs from The Priory City of Lincoln Academy,
Branston Community College, St Georges Academy, Welton William Farr
and Robert Pattinson School. Thanks go to Les Porter for
co-ordinating the event, David Bramston for his keynote on product
design and international visits to New York and Japan, and also to
Tim Lomas for welcoming the support from Lincolnshire schools. |
Speed Step in Design &
Technology Survey - On behalf of The Lincolnshire School
Improvement Service I am conducting a short survey about the use of
Speed Step in your D&T Department and from the results that are
generated, hopefully provide some CPD across the county. I do hope
that you (or one of your colleagues) finds time to respond to the
survey and in advance I thank you for your time. (Les Porter)
