MYSTRATIS
CfBT’s new School Improvement Management tools have been
redesigned under the above new title.
This is an innovative web-based suite that :
- enables all schools of all phases to undertake a
Moderated School
Self-Review drawing upon a
comprehensive but manageable benchmark statement bank that will
produce a visual representation of strengths and areas for
development whilst automatically informing the content of your
school SEF
- transfers emerging issues from self-review into priorities for
improvement within the Single School Plan module
- embeds school priorities in team improvement plans
- supports robust self-evaluation by middle leaders that builds
capacity at middle leader level
- creates improvement plans for subjects, aspects and key
stages
- offers a current profile of the school and its community
