Working Together for Excellence in Schools and Settings

As a School Improvement Service we are committed to:

  • Improving teaching and learning and children’s well-being; supporting and developing governance and leadership; promoting high aspirations and success for all; fostering confidence and motivation in staff.
  • Supporting, encouraging and enabling all staff working with children within a learning community, to promote and deliver a creative, exciting and relevant learning experience.
  • Knowing schools and settings and making early interventions to ensure children’s learning and well-being is not placed at risk.
  • Working collaboratively with schools and settings, promoting partnership, coordinated and integrated service delivery.
