Performance Management for Support Staff
Performance management is the process for assessing the overall
performance of a member of staff, in the context of the
individual’s job description and making plans for the individual’s
future development in the context of the school’s improvement
plan.
The development of effective arrangements for performance
management for support staff recognises the valuable role that
support staff play in contributing to school improvement.
