A range of professional support, advice and qualifications is available for examinations officers, administrators and invigilators.
National Assessment Agency (NAA) is a government organisation which supports and advises examinations officers. The NAA hosts a wealth of valuable and fully-funded resources, including on-line training for exams officers and best practice guides (with CD) which can be used to create your own exams policy and self-assessment self-reviews.

Examinations Officers’ Association (EOA) is an independent organisation ‘supporting and representing exam personnel involved in the operation and administration of exams in centres’.

KC Education and Training Ltd offer the BTEC Award in Examination Invigilation. The Edexcel website hosts an excellent on-line training tool for invigilators called ‘Breaking the ICE’
