Governor Services

Govenor Services provides support, training and advice for East Sussex governing bodies and clerks to governors.  This enables them to effectively fulfil thier roles and responsibilities and contribute to school improvement.  The level of access to training varies depending on the service level agreement that the governing body has purchased, and a description of the service level agreements can be found at Czone.

You can use the Governor Services pages on the East Sussex website to:

  • download sample letters and documents, good practice, area forum papers and other documents;
  • access governor training information;
  • access latest news and important updates;
  • find out about area forums and download the papers;
  • find out about clerks' support and development meetings and download presentations.

If you have any questions about your role as a governor, you can contact Governor Services.
