Confidence

  • Ensuring ICT plays an appropriate role in educational developments within East Sussex
  • Developing teaching and learning practice to make effective use of ICT in raising achievement for all learners across all subjects
  • Ensuring that schools have the capacity to develop and sustain effective ICT provision

 

Partnership

  • Developing the education workforce in East Sussex through professional development and the dissemination of good practice in East Sussex and from elsewhere
  • Developing the personalised use of technology to engage those most at risk of underachievement
  • Using technology to promote collaboration and foster a culture that recognises and shares excellence within East Sussex


Investment

  • Providing effective technological structures and information systems, which support schools in enabling every child to fulfil his/her potential
  • Maximising investment in ICT and securing best value through the use of economies of scale and leverage of external funding
