about us
The views of other professionals:
‘include provides very good service to young
people with substance misuse. Glad you exist because not our area
of expertise and glad to have specialised service.’
‘Excellent work was undertaken with a Year 10 permanently
excluded girl who was successful on the course and will hopefully
go to college. include provides a very good
service for pupils needing support with drug issues and prevents
further problems as they are growing up.’
‘include engage with a young person that may
not be attending school or to assist with strategies to avoid

often necessary for clients who have difficulty engaging.’
The views of parents/carers:
‘I think C's progress has been very good since being on this
scheme. I see her everyday and have noticed a great change in her
attitude and her behaviour. She seems to have a lot more respect
for people around her it is nice to see that people are willing to
give her another chance.’
‘J has really enjoyed her time on Turnaround. She has become a
much calmer person. Staff were great, very helpful and
friendly.’
‘A is much calmer and her temper has reduced, she's much nicer
to live with! We no longer face court action as she attended course
when she wouldn't attend school and she's avoided an ASBO as a
result of anger management.’
