Langley Nursery School is a stimulating and child-centred learning environment.  Within the childcare rooms there are areas for quiet relaxing moments, like reading or circle time.  There are creative areas, where children are involved in messy play with paint and water, and quiet areas where books are available.  There are also a variety of musical instruments and an opportunity to listen to music, giving children the chance to explore music and movement.

In the preschool rooms the activities are designed to promote early learning opportunities enabling the children to achieve the early learning goals. As part of our commitment to our children having free choice of the areas and toys they wish to play with, we have low level storage so they can choose what they would like to play with and then return them to where they belong.

Each room has access to a secure outside garden play area with many wonderful activities to stimulate their senses. We also have an adventure playground, slides and trampolines not to mention the playhouses and sandpits. Our outside space is an important part of the learning environment and the children have free access, weather permitting.
