The Children’s House Nursery has a stimulating and child-centred learning environment.  Within the childcare rooms there are areas for quiet relaxing moments, such as reading or circle time.  There are creative areas, where children are involved in messy play with paint, sand and water, and quiet areas where books are available.  There is also a variety of musical instruments and cassette players, giving children the opportunity to explore music and movement. 

In all of the rooms the activities are designed to promote early learning opportunities enabling the children to achieve the early learning goals.

Each room has access to a secure outside garden play area and a poly-tunnel for use during wet weather.
